So far these insoles are working. I still have pain in my heel but not as bad as when I started.

We are so glad that they are working for you!

To help with your heel pain and allow the insoles to do their best work, we would recommend regular stretching of your calf muscles. just 30 seconds or so a day on each one will do wonders!
